NEW YORK SUMMER 2011

Following a Summer visit to New York City  I was overwhelmed with the sights and sounds of the city . From the peaceful tranquility of Central Park to the hustle and bustle of  Times Square.

Never before after visiting a city have I had the urge to paint as much and I wanted to try and capture some of  the  feeling of the city.

My newest collection does just that. I have try to capture the essence of  New York in acrylics but not as try photographic type images but more in a cartoon style to reflect the sights, sounds and humour of the big apple.
